The IDX In-House service does not support data access to your listing information in the board's system. What is needed is a way of accessing the data. You need to specifically request a "RETS Data Access".

To do this, the MLS will most likely require you to sign some type of IDX agreement in order to get the data access. Once you receive the agreement, you must sign as both the Broker and as the Vendor (Some Boards may refer to this entity as Webmaster or Consultant). TARO does not sign the agreement as we do not host or access the data (It is hosted on your PC).

Once signed, forward the document to the board. They will establish a RETS account for you and provide a set of credentials for your account. The Credentials consist of the following:

* RETS URL
* RETS User ID
* RETS Password

Notify us once you have the credentials and we will help you set up the import in Pro Gold i2.
