Please apply all the latest Windows Updates to your PC then retry Pro Gold i2:

- Pro Gold i2 uses various features and functionalities within Microsoft Office
- Recommend check for MS Office updates at the Microsoft Windows Update site
- It is imperative that the latest updates be downloaded and fully installed on the PC
