If listing information on VML does not match information in Pro Gold i2, do the following:

* Go to the property record in Pro Gold
* Click the Save button on it
* Manually synchronize Pro Gold to VML

Do the following to perform a manual synchronization to VML:

* Login into Pro Gold
* At Main Menu, select the ViewMyListing.com option
* Click the Synchronize icon
* Click the Synchronize Now button
* Wait for the synch to finish
* Verify the transaction is no longer active on VML

Stephanie followed the instructions sent, but it doesn't seem to have worked. When she goes to the VML website and tries to bring up a one of the attached properties, she gets nothing. She tried under the MLS # and the address and the site says there is no match. But if she goes into our ProGold and fetches the agents MLS website address and pastes it into the browser she gets the attached listings. Diane has a seller who wants to list with Diane but wants to know why there are no photos on some of them. We see that some are from 2007. Does each property need to have something done to remove it or is a general sync of ProGold supposed to correct all old properties? We don't know how the potential seller was able to find this list of old properties of searching in ViewMyListing.

We have applied a patch on your database that will force all records that quailify to update to VML.

Start a manual VML synchronization before you leave tonight and it will beging updating.

Concerning this ticket. There was supposed to be a patch applied and I did
do a sync after it was completed. When I put in the following address I
still get expired or sold listings.

The link you provided is to the agent's PURL (Personal URL page). Transactions reflected on the PURL can be manually added by the agent and therefore not connected to a transaction in Pro Gold i2.
The ideal way to resolve this issue is to login into the agent's VML account which will reflect the transactions that are in Pro Gold i2. Her VML account does not appear to have a unique e-mail address assigned to her agent record in the Pro Gold i2 database. VML indicates the e-mail address assigned to her account is also shared by a Frederick Riss. Do you have a Frederick Riss in Pro Gold i2? If so, does it have the same e-mail address assigned as does Diane?
