A/P I not recording the sub accounts (third segment) in the G/L. PR is also not recording the third segment. everything is being rolled up in the G/L. I need to TALK to someone TODAY Firday 05/25/2012. We consider this a critical failure.

Can you be a little more specific?

For example A/P, is it a bill that is not posting the expense to the third level account?

In the case of PR (Payroll), what particular item is not posting the third level account?

Please provide a screenshot of the items in question. Do the following to get a screenshot:

* Select what you want to print (On the screen)
* Click the Print Screen key ( Near upper right on most keyboards)
(This will copy the screen you are viewing to the Windows Clipboard)
* Open a blank word or wordpad document
* Right click your mouse and select the paste option (This will paste the screenshot in the document)
* Save as a file and attach the file and submit with your support response or print the document and fax to 616-940-2893
