I need to edit agent section of website. Change photos, delete properties that are no longer available. How can I do this?

Agent photos can be updated through the agent record in Pro Gold i2. Use the Edit Agent ViewMyListing Photo button in the VML tab of the agent record in Pro Gold i2.

If you are referring to updating your company properties, do the following:

* Go to the property record in Pro Gold
* Click the Save button on it
* Manually synchronize Pro Gold to VML
* Update all records that need to be updated, then perform a VML synchronization

Do the following to perform a manual synchronization to VML:

* Login into Pro Gold
* At Main Menu, select the ViewMyListing.com option
* Click the Synchronize icon
* Click the Synchronize Now button
* Wait for the synch to finish
* Verify the listing information is now on VML
