Winchester Homes for sale

I am getting several invalid properties that are current listings. I have checked the expiration dates and changed them from off market to listed. For example, 8 CR 1300 MLS#66533 was listed this morning. Then, this afternoon, it was showing off market. I have changed the status to listed and completed a franchise interface. Not sure what it will show tomorrow. Any ideas?

Pro Gold i2 does not automatically change the status of a property record. The only thing that might would be the MLS import. It appears your automatic import ran at 5 AM this morning and then you manually ran in later this afternoon. Its hard to imagine that it would come in with a listed status in the morning and then change to off market in the afternoon in the MLS.

There is a Cancel process that can be run in the property record that would set the status to Off Market, but someone would have to run the process on the property for it to perform it which seems unlikely.

One thing I noticed is that you are not on the latest version of Pro Gold i2. There is a new version of Pro Gold now available: ==> Version 3.12.0502 dtd 05/02/2012 (11:00 AM).
