Greater Boston Homes

We are having trouble managing withdrawn properties. When a property is withdrawn in MLS, it does not update in progold. Is it managed a different way, what is best practices, or can our import be changed? thx

That particular status may not be provided by the MLS. You can verify by looking at the MLS documentation. Do the following to view the MLS documentation:

Run the import manually. Main Menu => MLS Interface => Import/ Export Utility icon

* Select the Utilitiy icon
* Select your import in the Select From Below area
* Click the Open button
* Click the Help button in the upper left of the import screen
* This will bring up the MLS Mapping screen/import document
* This document details the items (e.g,, data fields, statuses, features, etc..) that are provided by your board
* You should be able to see if the Withdrawn status is included by your MLS provider

If it is not, you can contact the board and see if they can provide it.
