I am trying to get this property to cross over to CREST so that I can pay my Fanchise Fees tomorrow.....It wont cross over because it says the MLS # already exists....the other MLS was cancelled in Pro-gold so there is only one active version of this MLS #, please help I need to pay this by tomorrow attached is a print screen

If the transaction is not duplicated in Pro Gold i2 (Search by MLS # in the database), then most liekly there is a transaction in CrestEDG that has the MLS # assigned to it, but is not related to the record in Pro Gold i2.

Check in CrestEDG for a transaction with that MLS # assigned to it. If you find it there, you will need to modify the MLS # (add some unique numbers to it and if necessary manually change the status to whatever it needs to be) on the transaction in Crest so the record you have in Pro Gold i2 can submit successfully.
