How do we send a e-mail to our sellers, to show that appointment has been set on there property?

A seller is eligible for an on-line account from ViewMyListing.com (VML) to track activity on their property. They get an account as follows:

(1) Listing Agent establishes a valid account on VML (Occurs through Pro Gold i2)
(2) Listings for agent are synchronized to VML (They come from Pro Gold i2)
(3) Sellers get an account shortly after you load their e-mail address in the Seller's e-mail field of the property record in
Pro Gold i2 (next VML synch)

They receive an welcome e-mail noting that their login account is the e-mail address you entered in the Seller's e-mail field in Pro Gold. They are also provided a default password for the account.

The can login two ways:

1) Use the link in their e-mail and will take them to their account in VML

2) Go to http://www.ViewMyListing.com site
- Select the All Others login screen
- Enter their Seller E-mail address in the email field
- Enter their VML password in the password field
- Select Sign In button
