I am having trouble setting up agent beginning production balances. When I try to enter an amount in the agent tab under the agent I receive an error. If I try to enter the agent amount it makes the company amount a negative of the same and vice versa. Is there a way I can go into individual properties and update the agent info.?

* Enter the Agent Gross amount in the GAC field
* It will calculate a negative Company $ value
* Go to Company $ field, change negative value to desired amount or zero if not tracking it
* Select No at the prompt to update Agent value
