I just received an email from CB corporate stating they will be allowing rentals on cb.com. Will PG be changing to accept "rental" as the property type on the property tab and allow the agent to be on the list side? Currently, for a rental, an agent can only be on the 'sell' side. I have already forwarded a copy of the email to support through

The Single Entry process treats Rental (Property Type) transactions as Other Income only.

The e-mail provided included a procedure involving the Sales price used a your Residential (Property Type) transactions based on a $3,000.00 List Price threshold figure:

* Any home under $3,000.00 will automatically be flagged as Rental in CrestEDG and included in the Rental Tab

* Rental properties that exceed the $3,000.00 can be manually flagged as Rental via CrestEDG
* Residential properties that have a Sale price that falls below the $3,000.00 can Undo the Rental flag on them
