Ok, this is happening every time I put in a new listing. I have checked and our software is up to date. I have checked the dashboard and these have no errors. Can you please tell me why our two new listing photos are not being displayed? The MLS numbers are: ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Photos do not transmit to Crest until the property has been successfully submitted to Crest. 1) Are the listings in CrestEDG? 2) Are the photos in Pro Gold i2? If the property is in CrestEDG and photos are in Pro Gold, you can re-transmit the photos to CrestEDG by doing the following: * Go to the property record in Pro Gold * Open the Images button * Select the Re-Transmit option in the upper right of the menu bar * Click OK to the prompt * Click the Save button on the property record and then Done Then do the following: * Main menu => Settings and Utilities menu => Company Defaults icon = Misc Tab * Verify the Crest Results Computer field in the Other Settings quadrant * The field should have the name of the PC that gets the results in it => ROCKWELL * Click the Test Connections button * Click the Save and Done buttons * Initiate a transmission to Crest * Monitor/wait for results to complete The ProGold i2 Team |
