I can't manually import from stratus to progold. i tried to get the latest update for progold released 5/2/2012, but i received the following messages (please see attachment) - also the error message in progold said i'm not logged in when i tried to manually import. thanks

Re-boot your PC and the PC that is hosting the database. Then retry the Pro Gold i2 function again.

Hi, I still can't manually import stratus into progold. Please see attached message. I thought it was because I didn't have the latest progold, but I
downloaded it and I still have the same problem. I have properties that were listed over a month ago in stratus, and it's not in progold still. Help.

MLS error => You are not logged in

Please do the following regarding your MLS import error:

1) Wait and manaully retry the import. The Rets site might have been down temporarily.
2) Rets site might be down. Contact Board and verify site is up.
3) Verify your MLS import login credentials (Board my have changed the password, etc..).
Run the import manually. Then do the following to verify login credentials:
* At the Download Listing screen
* The URL, User ID and Data Password (i.e., Login credentials) will be displayed on this screen
* Contact board to verify info
