Several months ago you created a custom report for us which is entitled Agent Production with Buyer/Seller Source, is it possible to OMIT and "other" from this report? Please advise.

Do you mean add a Property Type filter option to the report that allows you to select a Property in the dropdown that you want to exclude from the report? The option would include all property types in a list for the user to select from.

For example:

Property Type to exclude from report:

Default (None)
Commercial
Other
Rental
Residential
Vacant Land

It would require 1 hour of custom programming at S80.00 to add a filter that could be used to exclude Property Type "Other" from the report. Property Type "Other" is used for Other Income transactions (BPO's, Referral Fees, etc..). All other property types are considered production related.

If you approve, we will perform the modification to the report and invoice the $80.00 programming fee.

Perform the Alternative Method on all PC's that have Pro Gold installed on them. Start with the server PC (The PC that hosts the database).

This release contains the Custom Programming changes you requested to exclude non production figures from the Agent Production Buyer/Seller Source Report.

Set dates desired. Click mouse in Transaction Type filed to bring up Property Type list. Then deselect type(s) by unchecking the box. Click Continue button and preview the report.
