Photos are not submitting to coldwellbanker.com. What do we need to do to fix this. We just got our feed changed I am assuming that this is the issue. Please advise.

Please have Alex verify the following:

1) Are the photos in Pro Gold i2?
2) Are the transactions in CrestEDG?

Photos cannot flow until the transactions are successfully in CrestEDG. Once it has been accepted by Crest (i.e., Successfully submitted on your submission report), the media on the transactions become eligible for submission. There is an automated process that polls the PC several times each hour to check for photos that need to be transmited to Crest. Typically, the photos are transmitted within 45 minutes of the transaction successfully posting in Crest.

Note: You can monitor the photos submissions via the Media batches displayed on your Crest Dashboard utility

3) Are there media batches on the dashboard with any errors?

4) The photos need to be in CrestEDG before they can go to coldwellbanker.com. If the photos are in Pro Gold i2, you can re-transmit the photos to CrestEDG by doing the following:

* Go to the property records in Pro Gold i2
* Open the Images button
* Select the Re-Transmit option in the upper right of the menu bar
* Click OK to the prompt
* Select the Save button on each property

Once the properties have been set, do the following:

Main menu => Settings and Utilities menu => Company Defaults icon => Misc tab

Click the test connections button, click OK to the prompt. The photos will automatically begin transmitting to Crest. You can have Alex monitor the action by checking the Media batches on the Crest dashboard.
