The UNdo function cannot undo a transaction if the checks created by the transaction are cleared under a bank reconciliation.

In order to Undo the transaction, you will need to un clear the checks associated with the transaction from the bank recociliation period thay are currently cleared under.

What PID # is the transaction under? What check numbers are associated with the transaction?

Check # 70342 was also issued from PID 38467. It is currently a voided check, but has been cleared through a bank recon which is why you are getting the message about an uncleared transaction from the Undo process.

If you need to modify PID 38467, you will not be able to use the Undo process. You will have to manually Undo it. Unlock the record and manually change the status on it to Pending. You have to manually deal with check # 70422 also. If it needs to be voided you have to go to the transaction in the bank account and delete it and then manually re-enter it in the checkbook so you can void it.

This deal was closed in May and I had to undo it, I didn't know that the first void check was affecting the new one.

Thank you for the information,
