I tried twice this morning to connect to the 9:00am training (Topic 3 - Agent Setup). Both times, I recevied the intro page, clicked enter and filled in the registration data. The system then started to play the training video introduction for about 15 seconds and the screen locked up and would not go to the actual training video. On the last attempt, I left the screen active for about 15 minutes with no change, so I aborted my attempt and logged off. ProGold i2 Customer Care |
