The assignment of agents and the features codes in the MLS feed to the codes list in Pro Gold i2 are a client responsibility. This assignment function is called mapping and is typically performed when the MLS is first installed.

Step 4 in the article contains the instructions for mapping the Agents to the feed. Step 5 in the article contains the instructions for mapping the MLS feature codes to the feature codes in Pro Gold i2. It also contains the instructions for navigating to the feature mapping area in Pro Gold i2.

Do the following to manually run the MLS import:

* Login into Pro Gold
* At Main Menu go to MLS Interface option
* Select the Import / Export icon
* Highlight the FLNet14 | FLNet Cape Coral option in the Select from Below section
* Click the Open button
* Click the Import button
* Takes you to the Download Listings screen
* Click the Download button to start the import
* Let the import finish (It may take a few minutes)
* When it finsihes a report screen prompt will appear to generate a report if desired
