We verified that the performance on the server is low, did notice that some users from Greenridge were disconnecting from the system by simply X ing out. Remote desktop users should use the log off process from the servers start menu. Otherwise this leaves active session which consume server resources. Also at times the Microsoft terminal service client side application that resides on your local computer can sometimes cause performance issues.
