Framingham Homes for sale
If it was not already in Pro Gold i2, then it would fall under the purview of the MLS import to bring it in. The most likely reason the automatic import has not brought it in is that the listing is over thirty days old (i.e., List Date => 05/25/2012). The board does not push every listing in the feed everyday (The pipe is not big enough). Typically, only 1 weeks worth of listings (i.e., the most recent ones) is pushed daily. The board will also push (i.e, include a listing transaction when a recent change is applied to it). This means an older listing can be included in the feed because a recent change was made to it (The change forces it into the 1 week bucket). If you want the import to bring the listing in, go into the MLS a make a change to it. Anothr way you can possibly bring the lsiting in, is to run the MLS import manually and if it has a back date feature, you can back date the import to the list date of the transaction and force it to include the listing when you run it.
