The office has rental property that was pull from our MLS, but we don't went it track on Pro Gold. Same thing with withdrawn listing from Lucero that are VER OLD. When I try not to check the CRST VALIDATION PASSED, it will not let me save anyway. How do I take rentals and withdrawn out of progold interfaces?

If the transactions are not subject to franchise fees and do not need to be reported to Crest, you need to go to the to the Crest Tab of the property record and set the Report to Crest option to No.

Setting a property transaction to not report to Crest will remove it from the Invalid Property list.

The point here is that you still want to manage the transactions, but some do not have to be reported to Crest. That is the function of the Do Not Report to Crest option.
