If you are remoting in to the server to access Pro Gold i2 (e.g., Terminal Server?), when you finish your session you need to make sure you logoff the server as opposed to disconnecting from it. If you disconnect, you leave your session running on the server until you try to log back into to the server. If you logoff of the server after your session, it terminates the session on the server. Are you able to login in to the server? If not, try re-booting the server. This normally refreshes all the connections on it and forcibly terminates any open sessions that were left running. Once you are able to login, run the MLS import manually and verify if it works. The ProGold i2 Team |

We don't control the environment on your server or any other PC. Our logs show the Unattended routines launched on the server this AM. There are numerous factors which can impact the operation of the imports. The physical environment on the PC, internet connection and the availability of the import site. Also, the server may have other scheduled routines (e.g., backup, etc..) that may confilct with the operation of the automatic import when it is performing the import. Have your technicians check to see if there are any routines that are running during the periods that the imports might be active (e.g., 5 AM to 8 AM) and reschedule them outside the operational window of the imports. Note: The imports rely on the latest updates to the operating system and MS Office updates. Please apply all the latest Windows and MS Office Updates to the server PC then retry Pro Gold i2: - Pro Gold i2 uses various features and functionalities within Microsoft Office - It is imperative that the latest updates be downloaded and fully installed on the PC - Open the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and use the following links to access the Windows Updates site: Windows 7 => http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo...ows-update Windows Vista => http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo...ws-updates Windows XP => http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsof...x?ln=en-us Special note 1: You normally have to re-boot your PC once the updates have been applied to fully install them.
