Property ID: 10855, MLS 419741, Property Address: 117 Ridgecrest Ct. When this property was entered in Crest, it exported into ProGold as a closed transaction, not allowing changes or updates to the commission disbursement. Further, it will not allow us to undo the closing. We have since closed and paid the transaction in Crest (everything in Crest is correct) but ProGold is still inaccurate. Can the transaction be "unclosed"?
