Hello again,
This property was uploaded yesterday with no errors. My XP Gold version is up to date. Why are the photos of this property not displaying?

If the photos are in Pro Gold, you can re-transmit the photos to CrestEDG by doing the following:

1) Flag photos in property to send

* Go to the property record in Pro Gold
* Open the Images button
* Select the Re-Transmit option in the upper right of the menu bar
* Click OK to the prompt

2) Set photos to send immediately

* Main menu => Settings and Utilities menu => Company Defaults icon = Misc Tab
* Click the Test Connection button in the Misc Tab
* Click the Save and Done buttons

3) Initiate a transmission to Crest

* Monitor/wait for results to complete


The photos will automatically transmit to Crest.
