PID #12952 - I have two agents splitting the commission 75/25. The wrong dollar amount is showing for their split.

The Auto Calc button in the Comm Tree Tab calcuates the commission based on the plan the agent is assigned to. The plan split may not apply to every transaction. Nevertheless, you always use the Auto Calc button because It helps to set and apply the values for any deductions that may be applied (e.g., Outside Referral fees, etc..).

The process is designed to allow you to manually override the split that is calculated:

* Once calculated, go to agent tab and verify if the default split amount is correct
* If not, you can manually override it
* Erase and enter a new percent amount (e.g., 65 for 65%, 71 for 71%)
* It will recalculate the GAC and Company $ accordingly
