Holliston Homes for sale
Hi Guys, it looks like when MLS does the import in the morning it is adjusting listings that are currently already in Progold- updating information like the Projected Closing Date etc. The issue there is that we use the Projected Close Date as the date to put on the Escrow checks for commissions and excess deposits. If MLS has a later closing date there is a strong chance we could be dating the checks too far in the future. Case in point, PID 48298 on Friday had a closing date of 7/9 but when i just went into it its now 7/30, last being adjusted at 6:58 this morning. Is there a way to avoid this issue? The Projected Date is an item provided in your MLS feed and is mapped to bring it in. We can have the programmers modify the feed to not bring in the Projected Date on your transactions per yopur request. The ProGold i2 Team |

That would be great! I just don't want to date a check for the end of the month when its closing next week. ProGold i2 Customer Care |
