I need to talk to a customer service rep, I prefer & to have him remote into my system if possiable. The program starts with a pop up that is an access with pro gold? it does not print correctly, when doing check writing a new check comes up as "voided", then I have to click twice to unvoid, then do the check. There is some sort of bug in the program and it started when I updated the pro gold program. Thursday 7-12-2012 is when I am available after 10:00AM PDT

I - Remoted in.
R - Launched Pro Gold i2 and it displayed two tabs for it on the taskbar. It also displayed the Pro Gold forms in one of the screens. He described wierd behavior with his check printing. I had him download the update again and request a new download from the FTP site.. Once updated, he was able to successful;ly launch the program with no errors and he was able to print a check without any issues.
