Hello,

We have been having an issue where, when the information from our MLS system is sent to Pro-Gold, the data is going through without a problem, but the photos on the other hand are not. We have tried to do a manual push from MLS to PG, to no avail. The down-load starts and then just freezes up and says “the program is not responding” (this happens on every computer we try this on)…it happens sometimes early in the download and sometimes when the download is almost finished. Owners are starting to complain because when the data shows up on the different web-sites, the pictures are not (for those that go from the Pro-Gold system to the Realogy system, which disburses to some of the different web-sites). If there is any help you can give us, so that we can get our photos through without having to enter them manually into Pro-Gold, we would be really grateful.

I think so, it's hooked up to the server but also the internet and

Hi Gary (or anyone else working on this),

Thank you for your help in this matter. Unfortunately we've had 3 IT people working here, now we are down to 1, and I talked to Julie and neither she nor I knew anything about the removal of all this information, nor have any of our IT people ever brought it up.but one of the 3 may have known and when they were no longer working here, just left it for us to figure out (like now).I just don't know. Either way, we're sorry on this end that you had to go through all this to figure it out. We'll give a call in awhile before we run an import, to see how the deletions are going.

Hi All,

Well, we did a manual feed yesterday and it went through all on it's own.
It looked like there were issues with a few pictures not wanting to go
through, but it completed. It also did an import on its own early this
morning, I think it's set to run at 5 A.M.

We did notice though that when it ran, it knocked out all of our showing
instructions :-( We have over 400 properties that we unfortunately now have
to re-enter the showing instructions on.BUT.we did start doing that last
night, only to find the ones we did deleted once again. The only ones we
didn't lose were the under contract properties that we lock, we've never had
to lock anything that was currently listed before, can you let us know what
you think about this new issue? We can lock everything from now on but is
there a reason this is suddenly happening?

There is no option to put showing instruction in our MLS. That is something all agents who are part of the Pueblo Association of Realtors have access to
and the sellers information is confidential and only kept in office.
