ProGold i2 support,

Our main computer for ProGold in our office went down. We have it on a second computer, but cannot get into ProGold. I need to know what we need to do to get the new computer up to speed. Files have been backed up.

We were trying to install our new computer yesterday which is the main one in our company to carry the Pro Gold system & need some assistance.

no, in fact, we are planning to scrap it and go back to using QB and the
Crest system. It has gotten to the point that the aggravation of not
getting help has made us think that now would be the time to cut our losses.
We have now been about 5 days without it and getting further behind.

ProGold i2 tech support,

we have the PGi2 installed. We do not have the old PC. A backup
was done, but have not recovered the files. A computer guy will be here at
2:30 cst.

ProGold i2 tech support,

Our old PC will not work at all without its motherboard. I would like to
know if it is even possible to move the files to the new pc at this point.
A tech was able to retrieve files onto a disc, but cannot get them onto the
new pc.
